Proton has resumed majority of its sales and service outlets nationwide recently and there are many customers visited to the Proton service centres to get their car service. Therefore, all the Proton service centres have implemented few of the precautions out to ensure the safety of their staffs and avoid the spread of Covid-19 virus.
All the customers are able to get their car service slots through appointments only and walk-in customers are not allowed. Once the customers get their car service slots confirmed, they will need to arrive to the centre at 20 minutes ahead and they’re required to get their temperature checked before entering the service centre. They can also find hand sanitizers at every of the registration counters to sanitize themselves.
Besides, there are also social distancing tags being placed at every counters and customer’s waiting area to ensure that everyone is practicing the social distancing. While to avoid crowd in the service centre, Proton will only accept limited numbers of service appointments per day.
