Here's good news for the e-wallet lovers out there, especially if you own, or plan to own a Proton. Recently, Proton Malaysia has announced that it is now accepting e-wallets at selected outlets and service centres.
This has made payments easier even when you left your cash and cards home. Not only limited to a certain e-wallet platform, you can choose to pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and even FavePay. They can be used to pay the bills for a range of transactions, such as car repair, spare part purchases, insurance renewals and even new vehicle down payments.
However, Proton has yet to announce the list of selected outlets and service centres that support the e-wallet payments and there is also no update on the official website. So, make sure you contact your preferred outlet before heading there.
